This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner to lay underground sewage connection to the petitioner's house property on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 15.12.2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner, does not arise.
