ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation in respect of the FIR in Cr.No.22 of 2022 from the file of the 3rd Respondent to the office of 4th Respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that as per the direction given by this Court on 26.09.2023, in Cr.No.22 of 2022 the second respondent has filed the alteration report by altering the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C into Section 306 IPC on 08.10.2023. 3.In view of the above development, there is no question of transfer the investigation at this stage. The second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Cr.No.22 of 2022, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
