2. The petitioner seeks a direction against the second respondent to issue a Christian Sambavar Community Certificate (Scheduled Caste) to him, based on his representation, dated 01.06.2019, in a time bound manner, as may be stipulated by this Court.

3. The Writ Petition is filed in the year 2019. In case, the representation/application filed by the petitioner for grant of Christian Sambavar Community Certificate (Scheduled Caste) is pending, the concerned authority shall decide the same on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
