ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 354 of 2018 pending on the file of the second respondent to some other competent officer for investigation and further direct him to complete the investigation and file final report within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit the first respondent has completed investigation and filed final report the same has been taken in cognizance as C.C. 3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
