ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.08.2024 for the offences under Sections 417, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.398 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the father of the defacto complainant is running a firm in the name of Vignesh Steel Traders and every month he pays money to the petitioner for the purpose of filing GST Bill Return. Later, he came to know that the petitioner had not paid any GST amount for the firm of the defacto complainant and also gave forged receipts to his father. Hence, the case. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Considering the nature of allegations in this case that the petitioner acting as a filing agent of GST received a total sum of Rs.14,50,000/- and did not even pay the GST not only misappropriated the amount and this will also result in further loss to the defacto complainant as he will have to face the authorities under the GST Act, 2/3
