2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seek time to produce sureties, since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. The above said order is passed on 20.09.2021. After lapse of two years, this petition has been filed stating that due to pandemic situation, the petitioner could not appear before the concerned Court for complying the conditions imposed upon him. The COVID-19 pandemic was already over. Without any sufficient reason, this petition has been filed. I find no reason to entertain this petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
