2. Aggrieved by the interim injunction granted by the learned Single Judge, respondents 5 and 6 in the writ petition have preferred the present writ appeal.

3.The appellants are at liberty to approach the learned Single Judge seeking vacation of the interim order and to advance their arguments. Therefore, we find no merit in the writ appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
