This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to depute a women police officer, not less than the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for conducting investigation in a case registered in Crime No.386 of 2018 on the file of the fourth respondent and complete the investigation within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that in the above referred case, the fourth respondent herein completed the investigation and after serving R.C.S notice to the defacto complainant, he filed a final report before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate on 11.12.2018 itself.
