This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439 of C.P.C., to modify the conditional order dated 14.09.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.104556 of 2023 has been passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai District and report before the Manamelkudi Police Station, Pudukkottai District at 10.30 A.m., instead of the Session Judge, POCSO Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District at 10.30 a.m., so as to comply with the said condition.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai District in Crl.M.P.No.104556 of 2023 dated 14.09.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the Session Judge, POCSO Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District at 10.30 a.m.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having residence at Pudukkottai and he is a senior citizen. To comply the order, the petitioner has to travel 191 Kms. Hence he seeks modification of the condition as to he shall appear before the Manamelkudi Police Station, Pudukkottai District at 10.30 A.m.,

3. The condition was imposed by the learned the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai District. If the petitioner wants to seek any modification, he must approach the concerned Court. There after only he can move this Court.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, directing the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for modification by filing appropriate petitions.
