O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) We had dismissed the condone delay petition on 18.09.2024. Though we find acceptable reasons have been assigned for condonation of delay, we find no merit in the appeal itself, since the issue is covered by an order made in W.P.(MD).No.14533 of 2019 dated 26.04.2021.
2. Admittedly, the said order has not been challenged. In and by the said order, the review petitioners were directed to pay compensation to the respondents herein within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The order that is sought to be impugned in the appeal is only a follow up order, which directs payment of compensation. Therefore, we see no reason to entertain the review petition. This Review Petition is therefore, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
