O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for early completion of investigation in Crime No.92 of 2022.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of the compliant, the defacto complainant passed away and therefore, sought for suitable directions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have already completed the investigation and filed the final report by closing the investigation as 'further action dropped' on 08.05.2023 and RCS notice was also served on the petitioner.

4.Since the investigation has already been completed and final report is also filed, no further directions can be given in this case. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of. However, in case if the petitioner is aggrieved by the 2/4

outcome of the investigation, he is at liberty to approach the concerned Court for taking appropriate steps.
