ORDER
A joint memo of compromise dated 11.04.2022 is filed by the petitioner and the sixth respondent. The petitioner is the granddaughter of the sixth respondent.
2.The dispute earlier pertains to execution of the settlement deed by the sixth respondent in favour of the petitioner's mother, namely, Tamil Mani, who is the daughter of the sixth respondent. Subsequent to the execution of the settlement deed by the sixth respondent in favour of the petitioner's mother, in turn, she has executed the settlement deed in favour of the petitioner. 3.The petitioner and the sixth respondent have now filed the aforementioned joint memorandum of compromise before this Court agreeing to settle the dispute among themselves in terms of the said joint memorandum of compromise.
4.The joint memorandum of compromise dated 11.04.2022 signed by the petitioner as well as the sixth respondent and their respective counsels is taken on record. The petitioner as well as the sixth respondent are present before this Court and their presence is also recorded. The joint memorandum of compromise dated 11.04.2022 shall form part of this order.
5.In terms of the joint memorandum of compromise dated 11.04.2022, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
