The instant writ petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 20.12.2023, made in W.P(MD)No.27874 of 2023. 2.In compliance of the order of this Court, the third respondent in the writ petition has issued proceedings on 13.09.2024 granting notional promotion to the petitioner w.e.f.27.12.2005. However, the monetary benefits have not been disbursed.
