ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the permission given to the 5th respondent to erect solar plant based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2018.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is doing mining business in his property and adjacent to his property, the fifth respondent is proposing to put up a solar plant.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 3 and 4, on instructions, submits that the solar plant has been installed on 05.07.2019 and it is in operational.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infrucutous. No costs. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the above said steps taken by the respondents in accordance with law.
