When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.M.Jeyakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the prayer has been answered already and in this regard he has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar concerned, dated 11.02.2021. 2.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication by this Court and therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
