ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) Seeking to condone the delay of 182 days in filing the above review application, which is filed as against the order dated 26.07.2017 in W.A.No.1185 of 2014, the present civil miscellaneous petition has been filed.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners would submit that notice could not be served though time has been granted atleast four occasions. He would further submit that it would be done forthwith.

3. We do not find any merit in the applications filed to review as well as condoning the delay. The issue is only with respect to the payment of subsistence allowance. By way of speaking order, the appellant was directed to pay the subsistence allowance by modifying the order of the learned single Judge indicating that the subsistence allowance is only for two candidates. In fact, we have ordered payment of subsistence allowance for two months and thereafter, comply with the order of the learned single Judge.

4. In such view of the matter, the application seeking to condone of delay stands dismissed. Consequently, review petition is also dismissed at the SR stage itself.
