ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the review applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the official respondents. 2.The first respondent herein filed W.P.(MD).No.28492 of 2023 and obtained order for conducting survey. This application has been filed seeking review of the said order.

3.Today, when the matter was listed for disposal, the learned counsel appearing for the review applicant submitted that she would be satisfied, if there is a direction to the trial Court for the speedy disposal of the suits in O.S.No.842 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Karur and O.S.No.540 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Karur. 2/5

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Principal District Judge, Karur, is directed to pass an appropriate order for clubbing both the suits in O.S.No.842 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Karur and O.S.No.540 of 2019 on the file of the Principle Sub Court, Karur, so that it can be heard by one court. The said order shall be passed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the suits are pending for more than 5 years, the trial judge shall dispose of both the suits within a period of six months thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

5.With the above directions, this review application is disposed of. No costs.
