5,00,000/- instead of that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees twently lakshs only) to the credit of the Crime No. 340 of 2024 and dt. 03.09.2024 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14696 of 2024 in Cr.No.340 of 2024. on the file of the respondent police.
Order : These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KOKILA, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD) No.10948 of 2024 and Mr.S.SENTHILVEL, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP (MD)No.10949 of 2024 and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the Court made the following order:- The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
3.However, since this Court permitted the petitioners to withdraw this petition, one week time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the original condition.
