ORDER
After some arguments, Mr.P.Rajagopalan representing learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner may please be preserved for filing a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action after impleading Panchavarnam and Shanthi, who have been shown as respondents 1 and 2 in the application filed under Section 5(1) of Tamil Nadu Lands Record of Tenancy Rights Act, which is the fulcrum of this writ petition.
2. Learned Counsel for writ petitioner has made an endorsement to this effect in the case file.
