Challenging the order passed by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-II, Regional Office, Madurai under Section 7Q of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, this writ petition has been filed.

Though the petitioner has submitted in the affidavit that the petitioner would make payments in 24 equal installments, at the time of admission, on instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire amount would be paid equally in 10 equal installments on 15th of every calender month commencing from October 2023.
