ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.12045 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.12045 of 2025 on 29/07/2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition nearly 17 days regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. However, this petitioner complying the condition only 17 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.12045 of 2025 on 29/07/2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12045 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall stay at Theni and appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Palanichettypatti Police Station daily at 10.00a.m. until further orders.'' sd/- 03/09/2025 / TRUE COPY / /2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
