ORDER

The petitioner only seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to include his name in the joint patta.

2. The petitioner has given several representations right from 17.08.2015 upto 17.05.2018. Since none of the representations evoked any response, the petitioner approached this Court.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has sought only for inclusion of his name in the joint patta and several representations have been given to the third respondent in this regard, it would suffice to direct the third respondent to consider the representations of petitioner for inclusion of his name in the joint patta. The third respondent is also directed to consider the recommendations of the Village Administrative Officer in this regard. The third respondent shall pass final orders within 2/4

a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner. Since the writ petition is of the year 2018, the petitioner shall furnish all relevant document in support of his claim.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 27.03.2025 am To
