This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, 1973, to direct the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, PCR Act Cases, Dindigul District to consider the petitioner's bail application on merits on the date of surrender on the same day in Crime No.180/2022 on file of the Inspector of Police, Ayakudi Police Station, Dindigul District.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. C. Gangai Amaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. R. Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed to extend the time for the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in the order passed by this Court, dated 28.09.2022 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.17333 of 2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
