2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. In view of the difficulty prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is extended to file an undertaking affidavit as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.19496 of 2023, dated 01.11.2023, for a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
