ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge,Sivagangai vide Letter in in D.No.77/2022/SC, dated 05/01/2022 and none appearance of the both the counsels, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.80 of 2009. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. This Court has already disposed the Criminal Original Petition, by the order, dated 19.11.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.80 of 2009, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of three months to dispose of the said case.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 05.01.2022, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in S.C.No.80 of 2009 and it is made clear that no further time will be granted by this Court, since the matter is of the year 2009 Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS III) // True Copy // / /2022 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) TO 1.The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai.
