Prayer in CRP(MD)No.2590 of 2016:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of Tamilnadu Buildings Lease and Rent Control Act, to call for records relating to the order and decreetal order dated 24.08.2016 in R.C.A.No.55of 2008 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority cum Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, confirming the order and decreetal order dated 03.10.2007 made in R.C.O.P.No.90 of 2005 on the file of the learned Rent Controller cum I Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli and set aside the same by allowing this civil Revision Petition. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Sundar Srinivasan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.Vinoth for Mr.N.C.Ashok Kumar, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to extend the time for filing undertaking affidavit which has been filed along with this application.

2.Mr.Vinoth, learned counsel for Mr.N.C.Ashok Kumar, learned appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that the tenant has handed over the possession to the landlord and the landlord has received the possession of property.
