ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent conducted enquiry after issuing notice to the third respondent herein and the same was closed as civil in nature. 3.At this stage, police protection cannot be provided to the petitioner.
