O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for early completion of investigation in Crime No. 195 of 2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have examined 10 witnesses so far and concluded that there is no case against the proposed accused and are going to file the charge sheet as mistake of fact shortly. 3.Since the investigation has already been completed and the respondent police are proposing to file the final report, no further orders can be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of. However, in case if the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the investigation, he is at liberty to approach the concerned Court for taking appropriate steps.
