O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in respect of a complaint given by the respondent No.3. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on a complaint given by the respondent No.3, a case has been registered against one Sathish, who is the friend of the petitioner. In that context, when Sathish is at large, the police have been insisting the petitioner to bring the said Sathish. It is submitted further that the petitioner has given entire information to the extend whatever he know and even then the police are harassing. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the respondent police have simply enquired about Sathish and did not harass the petitioner. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and in case if the petitioner's presence is 2/4

required for enquiry in any case, they are directed to follow the procedure scrupulously.
