C.R.P.(MD).No.2094 of 2019 C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Court, Palani to expedite the case in A.S.Nos.19 and 51 of 2018.

2. According to the revision petitioner, the appeals in A.S.Nos.19 and 51 of 2018 are filed in the year 2018 and the same are pending for more than one year. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petitions seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Palani to expedite the appeals in A.S.Nos.19 and 51 of 2018.

The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that as per the Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007 Tamil Nadu Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts/Rules 2007, the appeals should be disposed of within a period of two years from the date of filing the appeal. But, the appeals in A.S.Nos.19 and 51 of 2018 are pending for more than one year without any progress. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present civil revision petitions.

In view of the Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007 Tamil Nadu Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts/Rules 2007, the Court below should have disposed of the appeals within a period of two years, but the appeals in A.S.Nos.19 and 51 of 2018 are pending for more than one year without any progress. Hence, this Court is constrained to direct the learned Additional District Judge, Palani to dispose of the appeals in A.S.Nos.19 and 51 of 2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without fail.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
