This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner to produce her son, namely, G.Arun before this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petition has been filed on the ground that the detenu was taken illegally by the respondent police and kept in the police station. However, subsequently, the detenu has been released from the police station.

H.C.P.(MD)No.1191 of 2019 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there was no illegal detention by the respondent police and the detenu was only called for enquiry and was subsequently arrested and produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Theni and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, refused to remand the detenu. Subsequently, the detenu was let out on bail. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
