The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent Panchayat has attempted to lay road in his patta land situated at Survey No.454/2 in Sendakkottai Village, Maliaykadu Post, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District, has submitted a representation dated 16.08.2023 to the respondents. Since there was no action on the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondents have proposed to lay road in Survey No.454/3, which is classified as "street" in the revenue records and not in the petitioner's patta land in Survey No.454/2.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
