Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in No.560/Ma.A/2024 dated 23.09.2024 and quash the same and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to grant one month ordinary leave without escort to petitioners husband namely Palpandi S/o Ramachandran convict prisoner (Convict prisoner no.569) now confined under District Prison, Pudukkottai, for the purpose of conceiving a child for a period of one month and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice ORDER : This Writ petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.S.SRIKANTH, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this writ miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
