ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has applied under RTI Act and they have replied that all the three cases pending against the petitioner were already disposed of.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeted person in H.S.No.64 of 2014 and that as of now, no case is pending against the petitioner.

4. It is not known that whether history sheet is pending till now. Since no case is pending against the petitioner, the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner in anyway.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
