ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent rejecting the claim of petitioner as secretary in the Kshatriya Hindu Nadar Higher Secondary School at Perunazhi in Na.Ka.No.3972/A2/2018 dated 03.08.2018 quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to cancel the approval of the 5th respondent as secretary in the said school in Mu.Mu.No. 918/A2/2018 dated 08.05.2018 and further direction to approve the petitioner as the Secretary of said school in pursuance of the resolutions of 2/5

the said school committee and General Body of the Perunazhi Kshatriya Hindu Nadar Pallikal Abivirithi Sangam and granting further and necessary reliefs.

2. In view of the fact that the new committee has already been taken the administration of the school, namely, Kshatriya Hindu Nadar Higher Secondary School at Perunazhi. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
