ORDER
After some arguments, Mr.M.Murugesan, learned Counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the right of writ petitioner to approach this Court along with other two legal heirs of the deceased wife Amirtham viz., Son - Karthikeyan and daughter - Vadivukarasi by way of a joint writ petition may please be preserved.
2. Though obvious, if writ petitioner files such writ petition, the same will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
3. Learned Counsel for writ petitioner has made an endorsement to this effect in the case file.
4. Permitted to withdraw.
