When the matter has been taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent produced a copy of the proceedings of the Block Development Officer, Ponnamaravathi in Na.Ka.A2/4287/2018, dated 16.02.2021, wherein it is categorically stated in the final portion of the said proceedings that there would not be any road work on the petitioner's land either in the present or in the future.
