ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.11013 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.11013 of 2025 on 10/07/2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition nearly 21 days regularly. This petitioner is having three previous cases all are similar in nature.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and this petitioner is having three previous cases, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.11013 of 2025 on 10/07/2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11013 of 2025 dated 10.07.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall 2/3

appear and sign before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m.''
