ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 submitted that C.S.R.No.363 of 2022 is pending. 4.In view of the above submission, the Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending investigation. The Respondents 1 and 2 are also directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353.
4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
