ORDER

The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders based on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2023, regarding the construction of drainage facilities in Ward Nos.11, 12 and 13 in Gujiliamparai area, within the period stipulated by this Court. 2/5

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the revenue authorities are in the process of preparing a feasibility report for providing drainage facilities to Ward Nos.11, 12 and 13 in Gujiliamparai area. 3.Since actions have already been initiated, the respondents are directed to complete the process and execute the same by following the procedures as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
