ORDER

The petitioner was a lessee for collection of Hawker's license fee/ toll and parking charges for a period of 5 years. The license was cancelled vide order dated 11.10.2019 and challenging the same the writ petition is filed.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that pending this writ petition, the respondents have issued a notification for fresh auction, which was challenged by this writ petitioner in WP(MD)No.25872 of 2016 and this Court dismissed that writ petition by order dated 04.12.2019. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. 3.When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 24.01.2024 there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today there is no representation for the petitioner despite the case being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

4.Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
