O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for early completion of investigation in Crime No. 252 of 2022.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel that on a complaint given by the petitioner, though the police have registered a case in Crime No.252 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 381, 420, 341 and 506(i) IPC, they have not initiated any investigation so far.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that so far 5 witnesses have been examined and within short time, the police will complete the enquiry and file the charge sheet. The same is recorded. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.252 of 2022 and file the final 2/4

report as quickly as possible, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
