ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 14.10.2024. 2.When the matter came up for admission, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's father is an accused in Crime No.115 of 2012, which is now pending in SC.No. 143 of 2015, and since a Non-bailable Warrant is long pending against him, only to get information such as, passport number etc., the petitioner was directed to be present in the Police Station. 3.Though the petitioner is not involved in the case, if his father has been absconding for a long time, naturally an inquiry can be made with the petitioner. If the police want to enquire the petitioner, a summons in writing shall be issued to him calling for such information and enquiring him on the particular day and thereafter, not to call him every now and then to the police station.

4. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
