ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and her family members by her complaint, dated 18.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the Inspector of Police, SP Pattinam Police Station and that there is no complaint is pending before the second respondent.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Inspector of Police, S.P.Pattinam Police Station, is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private 2/4

respondents and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
