This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.174 of 2017 dated 03/08/2017 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C. No. 192 of 2019.
