PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to the return order dated 07.09.2018 passed in unnumbered Cr.M.P.No. Of 2018 in C.C.No.68 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kovilpatti in Cr.No.267 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent and set aside the same.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed praying to call for the records relating to the return order dated 07.09.2018, passed in unnumbered Cr.M.P.No. Of 2018 in C.C.No.68 of 2017, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kovilpatti, in Cr.No.267 of 2011, on the file of the first respondent and set aside the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Ravi learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner died and he has also produced the Death Certificate to that effect.
