ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS, Act, 2023 and Section 3 of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage and 1/3
Loss) Act, 1992 in Crime.No.198 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the nature of occurrence that this petitioner and the others have attacked the defacto complainant thrice first under the bridge and then chasing him waylaid in the road and 3rd near in the house and damaging all the vehicles, the allegation in the present case is serious in nature and therefore, the petitioner is not entitled to get anticipatory bail. Besides, the petitioner has also got bad antecedents and earlier considering the same this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail application and there is no change of circumstances to now grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
