Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in O.Mu.Si.Pa.No.A4/1095/2018, dated 24.07.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to issue birth certificate to the petitioner's son namely, Thangaperumal.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 24.07.2019 passed by the second respondent in O.Mu.Si.Pa.No.A4/1095/2018, and to direct the second respondent to issue birth certificate to the petitioner's son namely, Thangaperumal.
2.The petitioner is the mother of one Thangaperumal, she seeks to register the date of birth of her son as 01.06.1976, and an application was filed with regard to the same before the second respondent.
3.Since an authenticated documents as requested by the second respondent were not produced, therefore, her request was rejected on 24.07.2019.
4.On perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner's son was born in the year 1976 and he employed as a driver in Karnataka. The petitioner's son will have to produce the records about his date of birth to prove the same. Therefore, a direction is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.23906 of 2019 given to the petitioner to request her son to make an application along with authenticated documents.
5.On such application being filed, the respondents are directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of the application.
