3. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is of the year 2019 and the matter has been kept pending till date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time.

Hence,this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judge of the Family Court, Villupuram to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.30 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice and opportunity to both parties, if not disposed of earlier. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
