Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of second respondent in Moo.Mu.No.28280/Na.O.Sa(2)/2011 dated 18.11.2011 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to regularize the service of the petitioner in the post of Office Assistant as per G.O.Ms.No.39 dated 13.06.2011 Rural Development & Panchayatraj Department and consequently grant retirement benefits, pensionary benefits and arrears of pension taking into account 50% of past service of the petitioner, within a reasonable time.
